You must email customercare@peachskinsheets.com for authorization and shipping instructions. Returns will be refunded the purchase price of sheet, duvet, or comforter sets and any applicable taxes, minus actual (not promotional) original shipping charge. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and we suggest returning via a trackable common carrier. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. If exchange is not possible, a refund will be provided within 30 days.

WARRANTY POLICY:

We stand behind our product and with proof of purchase have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects in the fabric, finish, and workmanship. In case of a confirmed defect, please email warranties@peachskinsheets.com and allow 48hrs (minus weekends and holidays) for a response.
